My son has been going to TCL for a few years now. I cannot believe the difference since the change in management. I was extremely impressed when I heard he was learning sign language. .. with that he told me the colors and then signed them to me. He has never done so many activities. There are always things coming home that he has made. I would definately recommend TLC.
